Delivery times

Most of our products are made to order, so they require some preparation time. The estimated time is 4-5 working days, unless the product indicates a different term. Returns

You can return any "non-personalized" product that you have purchased from Cosmen & Company, if you are not fully satisfied with it within 15 days, as long as the original packaging is kept and is in perfect condition. Once the product has been received and its status has been verified, Cosmen & Company will return the corresponding amount by the same means of payment used by the client (paypal, card, transfer ...)
